Thomas is a photographer and historian of technology from Munich, Germany.
Having a long standing interest in the visual arts he got seriously involved in photography in 2009. Since then, he has been working on various projects which he understands as an artistic extension of his academic work. His general interest in both fields is with the intersection of the natural and the artificial, i.e., the given and the made. A particular focus of his photographic work is on our built environment and how people respond to it.
