Natalia Engelhardt was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College, and is a self taught photographer. Her work has been exhibited at The Griffin Museum of Photography and The Center for Fine Art Photography among others, and received numerous honors and awards, including 2010 Arthur Griffin Legacy Award. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
