Juul Kraijer (1970, The Netherlands) studied painting at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts. Her drawings, sculptures, photographs and videoworks have been shown in solo exhibitions in among others the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (2001), the Gemeentemuseum The Hague (2006) and Kunsthalle Giessen (2015).
Works by Juul Kraijer are in among others the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, N.Y.C.; the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma, Helsinki; MONA, Tasmania; Museum Kunst Palast, Düsseldorf; Kupferstichkabinett Berlin; Museum Moderner Kunst Vienna; Gemeentemuseum Den Haag; Museum Boijmans van Beuningen, Rotterdam; Huis Marseille Museum voor Fotografie, Amsterdam and in many private and company collections in Europe, the U.S.A. and India.
Her work has been awarded 4 Dutch art prizes.
