Every year I travel somewhere in the US, sometimes across the country. My images are about who we are as a people. I use visual anthropology to document my tribe -- the Americans.

Process Statement
After retiring from photography for 20 years, I was cleaning up and found an old Nikon under the bed. I picked it up and started shooting again. When I got my first digital camera, photography became fun again. I use point and shoot cameras. I make more images on my iPhone than any other camera.
