Artist Statement
I'm happy that photography has happened to me. I think it suits my temper a lot - I like the fact that every single picture is created in a fraction of a second. When I photograph I feel much better than when I don't. It is as if I start to feel the firm ground under my feet or I forget that it is not there at all. And sometimes I feel as a magician. I believe, this explains everything.
Process Statement
The experience of photography made me realize how fragile the world of relative stability created by our families is. All the possible emotions and situations that I heard or read of, now were not on the pages of a book or on a theatre stage - they were in front of me, real - the first-hand experience of life without any intermediaries.
